Deductions & credits

The screen should be there. To edit, go to:

1. Go to Federal
2. Deductions and credits 
3. Estimate and other taxes paid 
4. Foreign Tax Credit>start or revisit
5. Now navigate through your entries.
6. Once you are past country summary, press done.
7. Three screens past that, there will be a screen that is titled Other Deductions not Definitely Related, here you may make your corrections. Here is how the screen will appear to you.
