- The "Total Refund Received in 2022" was my state income tax refund for 2020.
- My locality does not have an income tax.
- The only state income tax payments made from 2019 through 2022 were my withholdings reported on my W-2s.
Question: Is the "Total of all your payments and withholding" the sum of my state income tax withholdings reported on my W-2s for 2020 and 2019 and not 2022 and 2021?
