If you earned Income in Oregon yes, you should keep documentation of this with your tax records.  You can file an Oregon Non-Resident state return to recoup any tax you paid there. 

 

When you prepare your return in TurboTax, you are asked in the Personal Info section in your Federal return if you earned income in other states.

 

You'll report only the wages earned/tax paid on your Oregon Non-Resident return
