So I recently set up a Dependent Care account last year as it was offered for active duty military. I just did 3,300$. Question is, I made twice as much as my wife, even though the Dependent Care FSA is showing on my W2 can she still claim our children? I'm in debt so, she paid over half the expenses last year & we would get more EIC or whatever it is if we file married but seperate. What can we do?
