I did already find the info on the link you included (thank you anyway!). I guess my "concern" with your answer is when you say the first four items on my list "would appear" to qualify. I am hoping to get an answer that is definitive.
Last thing I want or need is to try and deduct too much (or not enough for that matter) and get audited. Unfortunately Turbo Tax doesn't always include enough information to make this easy!
