On Windows 10, steps above solved both my local real estate property tax and auto property tax calculation problems which are exactly as described above. Using the Worksheets by going to Forms/Interest and Interest Deductions Worksheet, I entered my real estate and auto property taxes and they are added correctly to my tax forms and now reflected in the interview section.
