At the moment, the Nebraska form on which the credit can be claimed isn't yet available in TurboTax. The refundable credit will be claimed on Form 2441N, Nebraska Child and Dependent Care Expenses.
To monitor the form's availability, see TurboTax's Tax form availability app:
- Use the dropdown at the top of the page to select your TurboTax Product -- TurboTax Online, TurboTax Windows, or TurboTax Macintosh
- Select 1040 Individual under the Select return type dropdown
- Select Nebraska under the Select agency dropdown
