ALL I did was import my W-2. When I reviewed the resulting 8889 form (it seems, it only showed the imported employer $. Also, DID indicate I had HDHP and Family plan. Also, believe the year I saw a report of a glitch was for tax year 2022 in 2023.
I will likely switch to some other provider based on this.
