You can enter personal property taxes under taxes paid on things you own this year.
Here's how to do this in TurboTax Online:
1. Navigate to Federal > Deductions & Credits > Cars and Other Things You Own > Personal Property Taxes
2. Enter the the personal property taxes you paid.
