I followed the path you described and clicked "Yes", but now it is asking me for Payer information which I do not have? It did not take me to a manual entry form.
Answering your questions:
--The scenario I am in is having an excess manual contribution, not using the funds in a traditional way for expenses, getting a distribution of those funds and also the small profit and having two 1099-SAs.
--The funds I am referring to is my manual (excess) contribution and also the separate small profit that was also distributed. My question begins with, "I manually contributed in early 2024 to an HSA"... Before this, I had no HSA. I was misled by my benefits management company that I was eligible in early 2024, but I was not.
