Make sure your Premier product is fully updated and can you tell me what state you are filing with your federal (if any)?   While we are working on the Help Center link issue, you can use the Search feature to get answers to your questions in meantime.   If the sign-in box pops up while using the Search feature, you can close that sign-in box and type your question into the search bar.  

 

I would like to take a deeper look at this issue (limited itemized deductions & adding taxes for state reasons).   However, I need a diagnostic file which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed (sanitized).  You can send one to us by following the  directions below:  
 

  1. Open your return.
  2. Click the Online tab in the black bar across the top of TurboTax and select Send Tax File to Agent *
  3. This will generate a message that a diagnostic copy will be created.  Click on OK and the tax file will be sanitized and transmitted to us.  A Token Number (7 digits) will appear; please take note of that number.
  4. Please provide the Token Number that was generated in a reply to this message.
     

* If using a MAC, go to the menu at the top of the screen, select Help, then, Send Tax File to Agent
