Every year for forty years I've taken the home office deduction plus any other deduction to which I'm entitled. Last year (2023) Intuit would not let me take it and I had to pay taxes on a small income. Very small. I may change how I do my taxes because I'm sure I'm entitled to take the Home office deduction. I make so little, it's hardly worth reporting. But I do report it. I have one room in my home that is only an office used for that purpose. I am not happy with Intuit.
