(a) are you a US person ( citizen/ GreenCard )? Are you also a citizen of India ?
(b) Assuming your 401(k) was based on your work here in the USA and you want to make distribution , you are doing a total or partial or what?
(c) How long were you a US person, if you have abandoned your US personage ( citizen or GreenCard ) -- what I am trying to find out is if you had to pay " Exit" tax.
