As part of the withdrawal preference exposure clawbacks that Celsius unleashed on some of their customers, I ended up paying a settlement fee this year (2024) via wire transfer rather than going to court over it.
I am told the settlement payment I made can be used as a capital loss to offset some of the capital gains I had this year. How would I document this loss in Turbotax?
