If you installed solar for both your main house and your second home, please combine costs and add them onto a single Form 5695. Since you made improvements to more than one home, list the complete address of the home with the greatest total cost in the section. If the listed address is correct, click Yes. If you want to list your second home address, click No and enter the correct address.
