@hvakharia , form 2555 here in is trying to determine your connection to the USSA ---- if you have a home in the US and is empty or being occupied by your family then the answer is YES, if it is being rented out then answer is NO. All this items in section II are kind of related to Bona-fide Resident ---- So unless you are claiming Bona-Fide Resident test, it is best left alone.
You say the country where your tax home has no Tax Treaty with US p- which country ? Are you a US person ( citizen/ GreenCard ) ?
