This is due to the fact that Schedule B is created to report that you have a foreign account, even if the foreign account isn't subject to FBAR reporting (that's a separate check box on Schedule B).  

If this doesn't apply to you, change the answer to no and then follow these steps:

 

  1. Click on Tax Tools in the menu on the left
  2. Click on Tools
  3. In the pop up box select Delete a Form
  4. Scroll down the list to Schedule B and delete this form
