Why is turbotax insisting I need to fix something on the Adoptive Child worksheet when none of my children are adopted?

Children are listed in My info as not being adopted and I keep deleting the Adoptive Child Worksheet (untitled) but the Federal Review keeps insisting I need to mark yes my employer offered adoption assistance.
