I have not encountered any issue with entering property taxes paid in either Windows or Mac desktop versions.
Property taxes are entered in Deductions & Credits, Your Home, Property Taxes. If they are listed on Form 1098, they can be entered in the Form 1098 screen instead.
If you are seeing a blank screen, it may be an issue with your device's display.

If you are using TurboTax Online, and don't see all of your screen:
- Try adjusting the display on your device using Settings.
- Check your Internet connection. If you continue to have trouble, try changing browsers (Chrome usually works well).
