I am the poster of this question. I couldn't see how to modify or edit my post. So, I thought I would answer in case anyone else is as stupid as I was. 😁
I realized that I had made a mistake. When it asks if the vehicle is for "Personal Use, Lease or Rental"... it then says below that question... If you are leasing from another individual, answer "No".
I stupidly thought it was asking if I was leasing... so I answered "No". Which in turn, said I WAS leasing. And that is what disqualified me.
