@pizzatail , I cannot see how it relates to you --- there is nothing to report till there is any distribution to you. ( PFIC distribution ) -- only then would you need the form
However, this investment ( which is semiliquid ) may come under FATCA regs and therefore you may have to report this ( form 8938 )
