Where on my return do I note this business purchase?

In December I purchased a new computer for my online business, and it's used exclusively for my business and it's in my Home Office, where the only things done in the office is for my business. 

Where specifically do I place this purchase of the computer ($1300) on my return for a deduction (Home & Business TurboTax)?
