To clarify, what is your residency status in the Netherlands? Are you an American citizen that earns money overseas that you need to report income or a resident of the foreign country that needs to report income earned from the US?

You didn't answer the question. I am a America citizen who is a resident of the Netherlands. Retired and has income in both counties. I have been filling out American taxes by paper for the last 40 years. The question is can you help me fill my American taxes electronically. You need to fill out form 1116 Foreign Tax Credit, 1040 and FBAR. Can you do it? It simple, yes or no.

Yes. You can file Form 1116 and the 1040 through TurboTax.
You cannot file the FBAR through TurboTax.
