I’ve used ItsDeductible for years, this year, in Turbotax Premier Online, after I click “Yes” on “Do you have an ItsDeductible account” nothing is shown to import. Clicking “Next” just tells me nothing was selected for import. In ItsDeductible I can see all my donations…
Yes, I’m using the same account on both tools, as mentioned, I’ve used the import feature before.
FYI I tried calling Customer Service twice, no resolution (first time agent told me she was a tax advisor, and that I needed to contact someone from ItsDeductible to fix the account link. Monday, the agent did not understand my issue at all and call kept ending.
