Deductions & credits
There is a glitch in entering a valid 1095-A Form with legitimate 0.00 values in the B column. This creates an”Oops something has gone wrong” message. This then creates an 8962 Form with $3,944 in the monthly column A and $519 in the monthly column C resulting in a net $41k error. When I called technical service they admitted the error but refused to give me a refund even though I have an inaccurate unfilable return now
