How to amend to claim Tax treaty from prior Tax year

Hi,

We (me and my spouse) became tax residents in 2022, therefor we claim the standard deduction in our 2022 Tax return. However, we were both on student visas in 2022 (I was in F1-OPT and my spouse was in F1) and originally from Bangladesh. Therefore, we could claim tax treaty benefit (under the US-Bangladesh tax treaty, section 21(2)) for the 2022 tax return along with the standard deduction. In this circumstance, how can I amend our 2022 Tax return claiming tax treaty benefits? Additionally, we prepared our 2022 tax return with HR Block; I am not sure what would be the easiest way to pull our 2022 tax return information in the TurboTax system.

Lastly, we became permanent residents in August 2023; if I understand correctly, we are no longer eligible to get benefits from the tax treaty, right?
