You may be affected by the currently known issue where a Form 7206 is being generated even though it is not required. If you do not have more than one source of self-employed income, do not file Form 2555, and are not using amounts paid for long-term care insurance premiums to calculate your deduction, then you do not need to use or file Form 7206.
