No, long term care services and medical facility fees aren't the same thing, but they may overlap in somewhat. In any case, don't enter the same expenses in two spots in TurboTax. 

 

Long-term care services include fees for nursing home care, hospice care, and supportive services such as home nursing for someone who's disabled or terminally ill. 

 

Medical facility fees are costs from hospitals, clinics and similar providers which are used by anyone.
