Mine is doing the same thing. Did you ever get anything figured out. Everyone I ask keeps saying the same things. It’s this way to be eligible etc etc, and make sure everything is entered in correctly. I’m eligible and have everything correct but it’s not showing up. Is there anything showing up for the additional child tax credit at all…? Idk what going on but I think somethings just messed up with the whole child tax credit bc other ppl I have spoke with are having the same issue. Don’t wanna have to amend though.
