Try this and see if it works.
- Log into your account
- Select Wages and income>other income
- Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099>start
- Foreign Income and Exclusion
- If you didn't make money outside the US, say No.
- if you did, scroll through the questions until you are asked if you would like to exclude your income, say no.
- Now go to tax tools
- tools
- delete a form
- Delete form 2555
- Log out of your return
- Log back in again and see if form 2555 is gone so that you are able to continue with your return.
