If you mean the numbers on lines 1-4 on Schedule A, the numbers the program fills in are not estimates, they represent your Adjusted Gross Income (line 2) and 7.5% of your Adjusted Gross Income on line 3.
This is done because medical expenses don't start to count until the amount is more that 7.5% of your Adjusted Gross Income, which is why you probably see a zero on line 4 (or the amount of line 1 less line 3)
