Is there a way to manually choose the Property Tax Deduction for NJ state? The wizard wants me to take the Tax credit of $50 which doesnt seem right.

Is there a way to manually choose the Property Tax Deduction for NJ state? The wizard wants me to take the Tax credit of $50 which doesnt seem right.
My understanding is that NJ allows a deduction of up to 15000 for property taxes paid. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?
