I amended (in Feb 2023) my 2022 taxes to include solar credit. I haven't filed the 2022 amendment yet. Can I proceed with my 2023 taxes which includes the energy credit carryover from the amended 2022 return before the 2022 amendment has been received and completed by IRS?
