Are you saying that you e-filed your return on 3/25/2019 but the HSA contribution for 2018 (made in 2019) was dated 3/26/2019?
If so, that is no problem. The requirement is to make the contribution before the due date of the return, which you did. The filing date of your return relative to the post date of your contribution does not matter.
