The only medical related item I entered in TT was for Form 1095A premiums for the ACA.
1. The screen titled "Now its time for the fun part, your tax breaks >>> "Deductions and Credits" >> Medical Expenses shows a number exactly $3 higher than my 2023 annual total ACA premium.
Why is there a $3 difference?
2. The itemized "Two Year Comparison" sheet under Itemized Deductions >>"Medical and Dental" shows $883. No other worksheets show this value.
Where is the $883 coming from?
I never entered anything in the medical expenses category and confirmed they are all BLANK. The section asking "How much did you spend on insurance premiums?" is BLANK. I don't understand why this was not filled in with my 1095A premium total?
