It would only be the medical. But exercise caution, because the GA deduction is based on premiums you pay with after-tax dollars. Since you say you were paying your employer, it is likely that the premiums were pre-tax and do not qualify for the deduction. If they are pre-tax, the deduction is reflected in your taxable income already.
