This is the issue - I am not sure - I received an email after submitting it saying it was rejected from CO from Turbotax, however in the desktop program it still shows as pending so I am unable to make any sort of change or resubmit. I am completely stuck in a state of limbo without the ability to resubmit but also being told it was rejected.
