Hello,
I received an email this afternoon stating my Federal Form 5695 was ready and I could file. I completed my taxes, paid turbo tax, confirmed my direct deposit info and then on step three I was greeted with "The IRS hasn't finalized one or more of your forms. Once forms are finalized, you will be able to access this section."
The 5695 was the only one I was waiting for. Can anyone help me out and explain why I can not file yet?
