The type of HSA is entered in the Deductions & Credits > Medical > 1099-SA, HSA, MSA section of your return.
As you start this section, check the box indicating who has the HSA account. Then the program will ask questions about what type of account along with other information needed to verify that you were eligible to make HSA contributions that may have been reported on the W-2 of the HSA account holder.
