I have the amount of property taxes paid. from my 1098 but it's asking me the amount not on principal residence. what does that mean?

I have my 1098 and was able to find the amount of taxes paid for 2023. it's also asking me to enter an amount NOT on principle residence. I only have one property which is my primary, TT is not letting file state and keeps asking I need to revisit this portion.
