I was told that form 5695 would be finalized 1/31. It is 2/2 and nothing has changed! When will I be able to file my taxes? Turbo Tax wants to blame the IRS when clearly it is there issue. The IRS has already finalized and started excepting form 5695. I will NEVER use turbo tax again!
