Entering Employer Sponsored healthcare coverage for entire family

I have a HDHP, provided by my employer, and paid for by paycheck contributions. It cover me, and my entire family. Turbo Tax appears to somehow believe that my wife is not covered, and keeps asking for forms which do not exist. What did I do wrong?

 

For example 'What type of HDHP did (name) have on December 1, 2022?' If I select 'Family' it then asks me why the coverage ended, and if it was due to disability. Huh? Her coverage did not end, and she has no disability. We have had the same Family coverage for a number of years. The only other options (self, none) do not apply. 

 

How can I indicate that yes, my wife does have coverage.

 

Edit: This appears to be related to a response in a previous form. There does not appear to be any means of indicating that I alone contributed to a family HSA account. This is, in my opinion a bug or at least worded poorly. It is entirely possible that one member of a family can contribute solely to an HSA account even if the entitlement is shared by both.
