When I click the medical button, it asks again if I spent more than $xxx. You do have something odd happening but not a problem. Since you are using the desktop version, we have a workaround. Follow these steps:
- Go to Forms and click on it - top right for a windows computer- in the blue strip.
- On the left, scroll down to Medical Wks
- the medical expenses worksheet will show and you can make a few entries
- then click on step-by-step in the top right to go back into the program and finish filling in the information.
CAUTION - never overwrite anything in Forms mode or it will cancel the accuracy warranty. You only want to fill in a few things on lines that accept the information and get back into the program. Thankfully, medical expenses can be typed into with no problem!
