It depends. Did you follow the navigational steps in your Wisconsin return in order to claim your deduction?
- Log and open up your Turbo Tax return.
- Once you are in your return, open up your Wisconsin State Return under States Returns.
- Go to the page that is titled Here is the income Wisconsin Handles Differently
- Go to medical>medical care insurance
- Scroll down to the employee section
