My bank did NOT check Box 7, but did put in Box 8 the address of my home, secured by the mortgage for which the 1098 was issued. NOW WHAT?? I recognize that the logical thing was for the bank to check the box, but what should I do now? Was TurboTax being lazy when they failed to duplicate the form the bank was sending? (The TurboTax form is also missing boxes 9 and 10!)
