We have no reportable income, but have 3 kids. TurboTax is saying we don't qualify for the Additional Child Tax Credit, but all other sources say we do. What gives?
Why won't Turbo Tax give us the option for this. I calculated the number on a 8812 form, and we should be getting $6000 refund.
