I'm using TurboTax on my iPhone to file my taxes, and I'm running into issues with the Clean Vehicle credit. I've got a used Chevrolet Volt that was put into service last year, and when I go to enter the credit, the app asks me what my model year is, giving options from 2017 and newer.
The government's website covering the credit, fueleconomy.gov, indicates that Volts as old as 2011 can be purchased for the credit, but I'm not sure how to get TurboTax to accept an older model year. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
