I am on F1 graduate degree.now I am on F1- OPT.I am living,working and getting paid in NewYork since Oct 2016,am I considered a resident of New York for state tax return?
Or Since I am on student visa I am considered a non-resident and can select nonresident (form IT-203) under state tax?
