This has been so frustrating. I had to file an extension and worked with Turbo tax over the phone. Today they sent me a new download and that didn't work either. After thinking about it and looking over the tax return in the form section, I'm going to print a Federal 2106, than the form N-11 than delete the Hawaii 2106 than print the rest of the Hawaii forms needed to be turned in with the return and turn that in. I am hoping that will work.
