EV Credit - Wife didn't work before marriage that happened this year, Can I use her EV credit for filing jointly this year if our total income has exceed the 300K as a family?

Situation:

• Wife didn't work in 2022 and 2023
• We get married in 2023
• Total income is over 300k in 2023
• Will be filling jointly in 2024

EV Credit Question:

• Can we still get the $7500 EV credit under her name but apply for our total tax?
